Hi Maggie!
I am just writing to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. So what are you getting for christmas? I am so excited about christmas and I just can’t wait. On christmas day my family all meet up in my nans house to have christmas dinner. Everybody stays awake until about 2′O’clock in the morning. When everbody else goes home my mum,my dad, my sister, my brother ad I stay for the night.Write back soon!

Every year on Christmas Eve my family gets together with my mom’s sisters family and my grand parents. We have a big dinner and excahnge gifts among family members. When we go home we get to open one gift,which is always pajamas, and read the Night Before Christams. In the mornig the first one up wakes everybody up. We go and look through our stocking first and then open all our gifts. After that we all go to mass. When we get home we have a big breakfast of things like pancakes, waffles, and eggs. That night we all have dinner together with my cousins again.

On Christmas day we first open our presents,then eat breakfast,then later on wer invite all our relatives. Then we party and pigout. After we talk and cry beacause your with your family and having fun.On New Years eve we party again and we play game and eat eateat. This is what I do.

Hi my name is lizhanette. I am half spanish and half English. I am in the 6th grade. On Christmas we open our peresents and we go to my familys house to open other peresent. We go to my dads house to get our peresent. Then we go to my moms house. After we go to my aunt house. For every christmas we eat breakfast with my uncle, my aunt, my bother, my sister, and me.

Hi my name is Jane, on Christmas holidays, I usually hang out with my entire family, have parties, and decorate the Christmas tree. A special tradition my family has is that we usually have dinner and then sit around the Christmas tree and open all our gifts. I enjoy Christmas very much because you can spend time with your family.

I celebrate Christmas in December 24 until it’s 12:00. My aunt cooks ribs , rice with gandules , egg salad and soda.Then my mom calls to Colombia to talk with my grandmothers . When it’s 12:00 we open our presents , and we have a lot of fun.

Every Christmas I have a breakfast with my family then I would meet up with my cousin. We all go to the mall and go shopping for Christmas presents. We go home and wrap the present. On Christmas Eve my family trims the tree and put the presents under it. On Christmas my family goes to my uncle’s house and we have a party!! We have someone to hand out the presents. We also have a raffle and thats how my Christmas goes.

For Christsmas we go to New Hampshire to my mom’s bestfriend’s house with my mom,my sister,myself, and my grandmother to open presents of course,eat,hang out,and in the afternoon we throw a party.Then after the party we sleep…I usually sleep over at my mom’s bestfriends house…Then we stay till New Years Eve..then we count down till the new year comes then we throw another party! On those days i usually eat alot!! I keep on eating and eating. That is what i usually do for christmas and New Years! BYESZ =D!

Hi my name is Angela. We always open our gifts presents on Christmas Eve at 7:30 PM And for dinner we have turkey. on Christmas Eve or Chistmas day we make a fort in the snow it takes a long time. The week before Christmas we get our tree and then we decorate the tree. I like to eat the candy canes off the tree. I also, like to put the Angel on the Cristmas tree. And the best part is spending time with your family.

My family usally always makes natiga for Christmas.(Natiga is a type of food that is made out of coconut). Sense my family is Colombian we always make colombian food. We invite all of our spanish spanish friendto come and celebrate such a wonerful day. What I always do is watch a movie with the kids, while the adults are upstairs talking about different things.

After Christmas we celebrte the three kings day. It’s always a big day in colombia. people go to the mountains and make natiga there.
