Hi my name is Lizhanette. I am half spanish and half English. I am in the 6 grade. At Christmas we open our presents and we go to my family house to open all our other presents.
We have ham each Christmas and also open gifts. Also have the family over for the evening so we can see them. But after I go to my dad’s house so I can see him and open my gifts. I wil sleep over his house because usually he needs to work. After this Christmas I will be wating for next Christmas.
So I can think of other things that I want for Christmas.
On Christmas vacation, my family and I get together and eat. After that we open our gifts. Sometimes we take pictures. Then if there’s alot of snow outside, we usaully go sledding. This year it’s probably going to be different because my mother, father, uncle, cousin, dog, and I are probably going to go to North Carolina or Wisconsin and celetebrate Christmas with my family over there. I can’t wait. Well BYE TOODLES!
Hi my name is Selena. On Christmas vacation I usually go to my grandmother’s house. All of my relatives are there. Things are hectic, at first, but after the food gets cooked things seems to be less busy. While my mom, aunts, and grandmother are cooking the food, I usually either hang out with my cousins or I help out. After the food is cooked, all my relatives gather around the food. =) My cousins usually fight over the food, and I’m laughing at them with my mom, sister, and my brother. My uncles would usually have to “break” them apart and say that “Let your cousins go first…because they are girls (not including my brother), and you guys need to have manners.” They always end up “crying”. After all that “trouble”, we finally, settle down and eat. The food is always good! Next, comes my favorite part of the holidays! Opening the presents! My cousins and I fight over who goes first….but in the end I win. We take turns opening the presents and end up going home…..happy.
I usually go to my uncles house on Chrstimas eve every year. He usually dresses up like Santa and he hands out presents to everybody at the party. On Christmas day my family and I open one present in the morning and the rest in the afternoon. We gather with our family and have dinner together.
After Christmas my family celebrates the Three Kings holiday. It lasts for about 2 days. The kings had camels, so we have to put hay or grass under our bed and that way we get our presents and the “camels” get to eat. We might get about 1 present each 2 days.
We usually go to my uncles house for our tradition and have fun for the most part. Then, on Christmas day they all go to my house and celebrate the rest of Christmas…

Every Christmas i wake up early in the morning . Tell my mom come on come on and she wakes up. We run down the stairs when we get down stairs we open our presents.If its clothes we try them on if its toys my mom plays with me and then we put them away. After we eat breakfeast then we go to my friends house to spend Christmas with them. We eat lunch at there house. They come to our house to eat dinner and we put music on and dance we look at each others clothes because she brings here clothes over. Then we color or play if we have clothes or coloring books. Then we sleep over each others house. If im not in MA then im in Puerto Rico. Spending time with my other family and open gifts over there but i always get 1 gift.
hi my name is Esteban.On Christmas vacation I go and buy my family gifts,spend time with my family,and open presents.A family tradition that I have is that all my family goes to my aunts house.We do a lot of things at my aunts house like we talk,dance,and the best thing is that we play Secret Santa.Thats really do.So thats want I do on Christmas vacation and on Christmas.
My family usally always makes natiga for Christmas.(Natiga is a type of food that is made out of coconut). Sense my family is Colombian we always make colombian food. We invite all of our spanish spanish friendto come and celebrate such a wonerful day. What I always do is watch a movie with the kids, while the adults are upstairs talking about different things.
After Christmas we celebrte the three kings day. It’s always a big day in colombia. people go to the mountains and make natiga there.
Hi my name is Angela. We always open our gifts presents on Christmas Eve at 7:30 PM And for dinner we have turkey. on Christmas Eve or Chistmas day we make a fort in the snow it takes a long time. The week before Christmas we get our tree and then we decorate the tree. I like to eat the candy canes off the tree. I also, like to put the Angel on the Cristmas tree. And the best part is spending time with your family.
For Christsmas we go to New Hampshire to my mom’s bestfriend’s house with my mom,my sister,myself, and my grandmother to open presents of course,eat,hang out,and in the afternoon we throw a party.Then after the party we sleep…I usually sleep over at my mom’s bestfriends house…Then we stay till New Years Eve..then we count down till the new year comes then we throw another party! On those days i usually eat alot!! I keep on eating and eating. That is what i usually do for christmas and New Years! BYESZ =D!
Every Christmas I have a breakfast with my family then I would meet up with my cousin. We all go to the mall and go shopping for Christmas presents. We go home and wrap the present. On Christmas Eve my family trims the tree and put the presents under it. On Christmas my family goes to my uncle’s house and we have a party!! We have someone to hand out the presents. We also have a raffle and thats how my Christmas goes.
I celebrate Christmas in December 24 until it’s 12:00. My aunt cooks ribs , rice with gandules , egg salad and soda.Then my mom calls to Colombia to talk with my grandmothers . When it’s 12:00 we open our presents , and we have a lot of fun.

On Christmas day we first open our presents,then eat breakfast,then later on wer invite all our relatives. Then we party and pigout. After we talk and cry beacause your with your family and having fun.On New Years eve we party again and we play game and eat eateat. This is what I do.
Every year on Christmas Eve my family gets together with my mom’s sisters family and my grand parents. We have a big dinner and excahnge gifts among family members. When we go home we get to open one gift,which is always pajamas, and read the Night Before Christams. In the mornig the first one up wakes everybody up. We go and look through our stocking first and then open all our gifts. After that we all go to mass. When we get home we have a big breakfast of things like pancakes, waffles, and eggs. That night we all have dinner together with my cousins again.

On christmas day my family all meet up in my nans house to have christmas dinner. Everybody stays awake until about 2′O’clock in the morning. When everbody else goes home my mum,my dad, my sister, my brother ad I stay for the night.Write back soon!
